Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small decor, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our concierge will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
